There is a new citizen living in the Imperial City. A new person for the Imperial Guard to have to keep an eye on. Everyday, he wakes up and eats breakfast in The King and Queen Tavern, then takes a stroll around town, just like every other normal high-class citizen of the Imperial City. ~There is a new citizen living in the Imperial City. A new person for the Imperial Guard to have to keep an eye on. Everyday, he wakes up and eats breakfast in The King and Queen Tavern, then takes a stroll around town, just like every other normal high-class citizen of the Imperial City. On Saturday, he goes to the Imperial Arena to watch the battles, and on Sunday, he takes a walk around the Talos Plaza District. He is just a normal townsperson, like everyone else. At least that's what he wants you to believe. In reality, he is the Shady Merchant. He sells hard to find and unusual items, from Vampire Dust to Human Blood, and you will find him in the Imperial City Market District every weeknight from midnight until 4:00 AM. ~Installation
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy files to (install folder) your Oblivion Data
4. Start Oblivion Launcher, and check the box next to "SM- Shady Merchant.esp".
~Uninstallation
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file.
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod:
a. "SM- Shady Merchant.esp"
~Incompatibility
This mod should not have any incompatibility issues. If any are found, please tell me on the comments!
~Known Issues or Bugs
1. Sometimes, the Merchant may decide that the entire Imperial Market District is his. If this happens, he will ask you to leave. Do so, and wait until he is out of the market to return to whatever it was that you were doing.

The Shady Merchant will only sell his items from midnight to 4:00 AM on Monday through Friday. He can be found next to Simplicia The Slow's bedroll in the Imperial City Market District.
