Makes All Sigil Stones more useful and its great for those who uses Oblivion Xp or Elys uncapper.

This mod makes All Sigil Stones much more useful and balanced. This mod was especialy made for those who uses Oblivion Xp or Elys uncapper. Still its useful to vanilla as well.
Here are few examples of effects in Transcended Sigil Stones.
FORTIFY MAGICKA
Before=50
After=75
RESIST MAGICKA
Before=20
After=25
FORTIFY ATTRIBUTE
Before=12
After=25
FORTIFY SKILL
Before=12
After=50
ABSORB HEALTH
Before=25
After=50
DAMAGE HEALTH
Before=30
After=60
ELEMENTAL DAMAGE
Before=25
After=75
others are chanced too, these were examples.
Also i chanced one of the sigils(Absorb Agility 25,Fortify agility 12) Sigil to(Absorb agility 50,fortify Marksman 50)
Bugs: None
Conflict: Anything that chances Sigil Stones.
Install: Just put esp file to your Data directory.
Un-install: Just Delete/Rename the esp.
Updates
2.0=Made chances to all Sigil Stones.
1.0=Release(Made Chances to Transcended Sigil Stones)
So make comments and have fun with this little mod.
You can modify,use,etc this mod but give some credit to me.
