adds a medium sized sewer house to the IC Market District aimd at all Characters has some hidden loot bags
a mages room (you have to be an apprentice in the mages guild to open the door their) portal to the arcan univesity speel making and enchanting alters
the chest the arch mage has in his quarters and a respawning aylide chest of soul gems a statue of akatosh that gives you its blessings a seat craet that you can sit on or open and stor your stuff
the entrance was made to piss my mum off but i decided to keep it as i liked it the main room can be moded for your own use but the next version will have changed that alot the bed room is a bed room with a bed, chest, drawers, wardrobe, book and some gems

Soul Banish=Kills the victem on first hit

Sewer house teleport=teleport back to the big room



Buy the Very Very Exspensive Weapons from Smithy (the guy in the main room by the forge)
Both kill target on one hit they are

Staff of Soul banishing




Install
====
1. Copy the .esp/.bsa files and meshes to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
2. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file



Uninstall

1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2.
