Like the title says, it's (what I believe to be) a pretty damn good approximation of that cool handprint tattoo some Dark Elves had in Morrowind.
So... yeah. It's part of a mod I'm working on, but hey, I liked it, so I figured I'd share it. Do whatever the hell you want with it, as long as I and Gripenemy (below) get credit I'm happy.
