Update *1.1 fixes a bug with alteration just replace the new version over the old*
This is a very basic, fair, and simple leveling mod.
It leaves all normal leveling in except for the multipliers (you now get 1X multipliers all the time)
In addition each 3 skillups you gain 1 attribute.
In the end unless you exploit the mod you should end up with roughly the same level/stats as normal but not have to worry about leveling your multipliers.
