Location:

You can find Della in Leyawiin, inside The Dividing Line. main level

Armor and Weapon: She comes equipped with Ebony armor, Ebony Longsword
Spells: Fire damage, Frost damage, shock damage, heal player and summon Scamp


Installation:

Once the CM Partners mod is installed, just copy this esp file into your data folder, activate it and off ya go.
