Giving 99% of the credit to Cameron Sorden of the Dark Mage Outfit (which can be found at http://www.3ddownloads.com/RPG/The%20Elder%20Scrolls%20IV:%20Oblivion/Mods/DarkMageOutfit.ace) All I did was tone down most of the bonuses and add some extras. This mod adds five custom items to the upstairs rooms of Rindirr's Staves in the Imperial
City Market district.
Nightfall Robe (gives feather and shield and improves int, will, destruction, conjuration, illusion, and magicka)
Nightfall Cowl (same as robe, but lesser bonuses and Detect Life instead of shield and feather)
Nightfall Boots (improves destruction and illusion, gives feather and shield)
Focus Bands (adds feather, improves magicka, will, and magicka regen rate)
Blade of Nullification (paralyze, abosrb health [10] and silence) (100 uses)
All of the feather enchants add up to 40, shield adds up to 35.
