SHORT DESCRIPTION
=================
This mod makes it easier for your character to dodge enemy melee attacks.

REQUIREMENTS
============
1. OBSE. Download here: http://obse.silverlock.org/
2. Latest Oblivion patch. Download here: http://www.elderscrolls.com/downloads/updates_patches.htm

HISTORY
=======
1.1, Dec 04 2010: The knockdown freeze bug should happen less frequently.
1.0, Nov 20 2009: Initial release.

LONGER DESCRIPTION
==================
This mod does two things: it changes the attack hit angle and temporarily prevents your enemies from turning towards you if they were facing you and you move away. The attack angle and the "turn delay" can be adjusted by editing DocDodge.ini.

In vanilla Oblivion, you can hit a target who is up to 35 degrees away from the direction you're facing. Under the default settings of this mod, this angle is reduced to 20 degrees, so you and your enemies will need to aim better. As a side effect, you'll also need to aim better when you're blocking.

Also, this mod adds a turn delay to enemies. For example, if you standing to the north of an enemy, and then sidestep to your left, your enemy will continue to face north for a short amount of time. The turn delay only affects enemies that are attacking you, are facing you, and are in close range. Under default settings, the turn delay is 0.75 seconds, which is increased by your level, acrobatics, speed and luck, and is decreased by your enemy's level, weapon skill, strength, and luck.

POSSIBLE ISSUES
===============
Known bug: Sometimes enemies will freeze if you knock them down. I haven't figured out how to eliminate this completely, but it is less common in version 1.1 than in 1.0.
