40 silent mp3\'s, ranging from .5 seconds to 20 seconds, in increments of half a second. For use in dialog, when voice acting is not available/an option.

There, I did it. This seriously reflects an excess of free time. This is a pack of mp3 files for use in the place of voice acting, for quests and the like, so the text stays on the screen an appropriate amount of time. In the pack there is every length from half a second to twenty seconds, in increments of half a second. (i.e. .5, 1, 1.5, 2, etc.) I did not create all the way up to 99 seconds, because in the middle of this tedious task, I realized that no one should ever need generated silence longer than 20 seconds, unless they were doing something outside the scope of what these are for. Anyways, enjoy the fruit of my labors. Requests are still open, if you need one created for some other reason that this doesn't fit for or whatever. Cheers.
