In this mod you get your own Island with your own castle, npcs, npc houses, horses, etc. To find the location go to the abandon house in Cheydinhal. The location and key are located upstairs. When you get there go to the back of the castle and their will be a back door and varla stones all over. This mod also comes with a serge cannon (from terminator) and a few other cool weapons.
