The original mod gave you 5 staves that were in the arcane university of the imperial city that gave you different staves that gave you different filled soulgems petty lesser common greater and grand. This mod is a modified version of Beltaine's Gemmakers mod. The original mod gave you 5 staves that were in the arcane university of the imperial city that gave you different staves that gave you different filled soulgems petty lesser common greater and grand. In my version each stave gives 100 of the one of the types of soulgems and it doesn't cost any enchant power to use the staves. I changed the grand soulgem to recharge 3000 points instead of the 1200. Also I reduced the staves weights to 0. I have put the staves in a chest in the arcane university's front room. This mod's purpose is to make it so you can recharge your weapon and armor enchants with an endless supply of soulgems without the hassle of buying and searching for them. NOTE you must have someone or something targeted by the staff to receive your gems the effect is non hostile.
