This is a save game of an Imperial main character (who should look a bit like Taylor Swift) located at the sewer exit.
Just copy the .ess file to your Oblivion save games folder and load it.
Other mods you require if you want the exact same face as in the screenshots are:

There is also the FaceGen file for potentially interested modders. It is not required for playing the character.
WISH, NOT A DEMAND: If you are using it in any other mods there's no need to give me credits (doesnt hurt tho^^),
i'd just be very happy if you mention it to me for awareness' sake :) modify/reproduce/copy at your pleasure
