Where to get these itemes?
1.You can buy it from Maro Rufus in Imperial Market District, The Best Defense.
2.If you've started a new game, then check your cell. You should find a lockpick. Don't go to the doors before you find a lockpick! The doors are locked on 'very hard' not 'needs a key' till the time when guards unlocks your cell doors. After you're out from your cell, check other cells.
Armors and Gunblade are based on 100% hard mode.
Requirements
The Elder Scrolls IV - Oblivion v1.2.0416
Install
1.Unpzip meshes, textures and Gold_Equipment files in your data folder.
2.Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data files, check the Gold_Equipment.esp file.
Uninstall
1.Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the Gold_Equipment.esp file.
2. Delete the files from your oblivion data folder.
