This is a completely clean save for Oblivion. You don't need any extra content, like the DLCs, Shivering Isles or any mods. No cheats have been used and the character is standing right outside the exit for the Sewers, so you can edit every attribute of him to your heart's content.

========INSTALLATION========
1. Download the file
2. Open the file up
3. Extract to the following folder:
Yourname/Documents/MyGames/Oblivion/Saves
If you don't have a Saves folder, then don't panic. Just create it, it's usually created automatically if you already have a character though.
========UNINSTALLATION========
It's simple, just delete the file.
