Find the dead messenger, track down the supposed recipient and make your way to the ancient Ayleid armory known as Mortum. For inside lays the Ayleid's greatest known weapons which will give you powers that you never had before and could only wish for.
Fixed dead messenger problem and remember it is not a quest so there is no log you must remember all the details.
