A texture file (Emphasis on FILE) that adds freckles to Bretons.

Ok, this is the texture file ONLY. No Oblivion Construction Set file, just the Texture file. I did not create said file, I am mearly redistributing it for the masses.
To use this, fire up the TES Construction Set and load up whatever file you want (I reccomend one with whatever hair mod you are useing, though Vanilla works just as well). Open the Race menu, click Breton on the bar, and go to the Face option and switch the texture (for the face) from the vanilla one to this one. If I'm right (and I'm pretty sure I am), then all Bretons should end up with freckles.
I don't own this (I don't really know who does to be honest), but don't bother asking me permission to use this, just go ahead.
