This Mod adds a hood & Robe behind 1 of the statues in the IC market district. The hood gives the wearer a second identity, just like the Gray Cowl.
The Robe... well lets just say you'll be fast, clever, hard to kill, amazing with a sword & you'll be able to cast as many spells as you want.
