Technically this should be under abodes, but i have put so many cheat items and cheats into this i think its fitting for it to be under cheats, head to the imperial waterfront, you\'ll see the giant floating rocks with a Chapel up on top, Buy the teleport spell from Cid Smoke(Warning: dont attack him, He will kill you with uber elite cheat weapons.

To install just copy this file into your Oblivion/data file, then go to data files when starting your game and enable it
Technically this should be under abodes, but i have put so many cheat items and cheats into this i think its fitting for it to be under cheats, head to the imperial waterfront, you'll see the giant floating rocks with a Chapel up on top, Buy the teleport spell from Cid Smoke(Warning: dont attack him, He will kill you with uber elite cheat weapons.)He's near the water at the bottom of the floating palace. The house has a bedroom-with 8 unrespawning chests, wayshrines next to alters, so easy unlimited buffs, a few bags with cheat items, the ring is overpowered pick up the heavy gold nugget, equip the ring then drop the nugget and you can carry every item in the game. A sword with infinite range and uber damage. A one hit bow, just use the arrows with it for a funny death scene on whoever you shoot. A room with trapdoors to all the other houses, and a door to the testing hall, where every item in the game is. Enjoy.
