Add a Mystic House to Waterfront full of secrets, and more.

Imperial City Waterfront Discrict.
Details
=======
This mod add a House at waterfront.. called Mystic House, house is full of secrets, and items and much, much more... this is only first version 1.0 i will upgrade the house and add more rooms, and more stuff,
Tip: There is a Stone Brick somewere in the wall.. it have power of welkynd stone.. if u can find it everytime u drop it and pick it up it will restore ur magic power.
Install
=======
1. Copy the .esp file to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
2. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).
Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the .esp file from \Oblivion\Data\
Upgrade
=======
In next Version 1.2 will come.

-More Secrets
-More Rooms
-More Stuff
-A lot of new Things.
Incompatibility
===============
Dont use any other mod that places something
at same location as this house is.
Known Issues or Bugs
====================
-All bugs fixed for now.
-When u buy from merchant potion called: Elixir of Jump when u jump it may clip!
