You must be thinking.... Oh noes, not another water mod!

Chill down, because this one ain't like the rest. I promise.

~ KEY BENEFITS

* Advanced Calculations & Algorithms were used in the Process. (Result: More Vivid colours, Enhanced Water Surface and Crisper Reflections)

* Viewing distance beneath the water surface was increased. Along with adjusments to Colour & Reflection Settngs. (Result: Deep blue water, improved volume fog, beautiful and still realistic)

* Vivid Colours. The surface of the water has undergone a slight opacity adjusment, which makes it possible to make out what lies beneath the surface. Better colour variations (3), all 3 combined result in a far better texture quality than before.

* Improvements in Dungeon Water, Sewer Water and Swamp Water.

* Improved Quality of the Surface and Fog for Nighttime (or dark conditions).

~ OVERVIEW

This modification of the water in Oblivion uses advanced calculations which I made using algorithms (reflectiveness of the water, volume fog, and surface). And the result is therefore more realistic than other modifications.

The water colour is more vivid than the original. Reflections caused through Statics, Actors, and Trees all interact with eachother, for example - a reflection of something can't be made out that easily from far away, but once you get close to it, the Image Quality improves and gets sharper and more crisp, allowing you to fully identify the source of the reflection. This technique is used in this modification.

I also was inspirated by some other Mods, that I decided to not just do the surface of the water, but also work on the bottom. Once you dive in, it looks like the FarCry Water. Very deep ocean-ish looking volume fog, great overall viewing distance, but not too far, because I had to keep it realistic.
