v03.1

***I'm still working on v4.00 but wanted to get the below changes out as soon as possible.
***Corrected typos, version, and edited date to this month
***Reworded the file description and installation instructions to clear up any possible confusion as to which file is needed to run this mod: Version 03_1 Main File: This is a new .esp not a patch. Only use this file.

Changes:
- MASTER BEDROOM: Reduced items in the Master Bedroom Cabinets from 500 to 50 and made them respawnable. Should improve FPS issues (*tested...It improved mine). The cabinets with 50 of each item will respawn after 3 game days. If you are really in a hurry to get more, fast wait "T" in the outside world for 3 days.

- WEAPONRY: Raised the carpet level in the Weaponry Area just a smidge to rule out any clipping errors. Also changed the cell typo from "Weaponary" to Weaponry.

- MISC: Removed old packages that were never used in order to clean up the CS Warnings

...also if you think of something you want to see in the next version, post it in the comments section and I'll see what I can do with the next update. Please keep in mind
that I'm not a scripter, modeler, or retexturer. I only use what's already available in the CS.

Ideas I'm toying with for the next version:

- Combining the library into a separate cell to improve FPS in the Armory
- Non-SI Version if there is any interest
- All-Clothing-Added Section (more than likely in an expanded Master Bedroom)
- Keep improving the Weaponry Area (maybe add a portal for training in an Arena-type environment)
- Adding a buff to the Watering System
- Fix anything I broke in this version =o

----------------------------
Background
----------------------------
You were recruited by the Blackwood Company for the mother of all missions. With the help of a Blackwood insider, Captain Renault, you are tasked to overpower the Blades Guards and kill the Emperor himself!! Upon success, the two of you are to make your way to the sewer exit and obtain the key and water breathing helms that have been "hidden under the dock". The entrance to the Safehouse is straight out from the dock behind a large underwater rock. Renault knows the way...follow her.

Once inside, look for your rewards in the Company Member's and Spoils of War Chests. You will find them both to be amply stocked. And as a extra reward for Uriel's death,
there is a special sword that has been made in your honor...to identify yourself to our Blackwood brethren as "the one". It has been named "Hist Defender" and is
plunged into the chest of the Madness Suit of Armor.
____________________________

Of course, the Mythic Dawn beat everyone to the kill and you lost Captain Renault in the process...but the Blackwood Company doesn't know this. And they don't need to know for all you care...besides, you just became the owner of their safehouse and all the loot that came with it *evil grin.

----------------------------
Features:
----------------------------
* Underwater/ground Blackwood Company Safehouse ready to move in (once you leave the Imperial Sewers tutorial, head under the dock and find the hollowed out rock...swim
out from the dock and dive behind the rock. I suggest using one of the underwater breathing helms until you know where everything is located so you don't drown your first
time there). For those that are using a current character (instead of a brand new one), just Fast Travel, ride your horse, etc...to the Imperial Prison Sewer-North East of
the Imperial City ( didn't add a MapMarker for fast travel since there is one located about 30 feet from it =p )

////ENTRANCE////

***Warning- The majority of "only" the entrance is UNDERWATER...I advise wearing the provided water breathing helm or have a spell ready***

North Door- Heads to the Weaponry Area/ Renault's Office/ Escape Tunnel
South Door- Entrance/Exit
East Door- Heads to the Armory Area/ Master Bedroom
West Hallway- Location of the Vampire Tomb
SW Cavern- Location of the Nirnroot Area

* Vampire Tomb: A one time-one click, that turns you into a Full Vampire with all the powers that go with it. Be warned!!! If you start a new character watch what time of dayit is or you will be killed in about 5 seconds once you go back outside.

* Underwater Nirnroot Farm: Never have to roam all over the world looking for that one extra plant!!! Over 100 plants are conveniently located for you to pick at your leisure.
Plus you remember overhearing a conversation at the Blackwood Headquarters about the location of a long lost chest...Hmmm

////ARMORY////

* 26 Armor Chests: Filled with every type of Armor and Shields from Amber to Townguard (all are safe for storage). The Stats have been increased slightly but not so
much to where you are invincible.

-Wear a new outfit everyday for the next month and a half!!!
Armor Included:

Amber
Amelion Ceremonial
Arena/ Heavy and Light Champion
Blackwood
Blades
Chainmail
Daedric
Dark Brotherhood
Dark Seducer
Dwarven
Ebony
Elven
Fur
Glass
Golden Saint
Imperial Dragon
Imperial Palace
Iron
Leather
Legion
Madness
Mithril
Orcish
Steel
Townguard (all 8 different types including Kvatch). Added a matching set of Chainmail Greaves, Helmet, Gauntlets, and Boots since the Townguard armor only consists of different Curiass and matching Shield (according to Town). Makes it easier when switching them out so you don't have to worry about the other armor parts.
Emperor's Robe (classified as armor)
-As a bonus, each chest also contains 100k for all the crazy spenders out there!!! Bribe every NPC in the game...literally!!!

* 13 Robe Chests: Filled with Robes from Black Hand to Zealot's (all are safe for storage)...now including Jail Clothing!!
Robes Included:

Black Hand
Dremora
King of Worms
Mankar Camoran
Monk
Mythic Dawn
Necromancer
Order Priest
Raiment of Arden-Sul
Raiment of Intrigue
Shegorath's Regalia
Zealot
Jail clothing (for fun)

* 1 Additional Armor Chest named "Sauron's Armor Chest" since I believe everyone has this by now =D, and 2 Additional Storage Chests.

* Some Chests have extra goodies in them such as the Shegorath's Chest which includes his staff.

* A Blackwood Company Member's Chest filled with a complete set of their Armor (pretty much for RP'ing purpose, and to maintain the story line), 2 Enchanted Blackwood Company weapons (the Shortsword and the Waraxe), along with a Silver Bow and arrows (the stats on the weapons have been increased slightly...they are not one-hit kill
weapons...those are over in the Weaponry Hall.

* Two Stat Necklaces that includes:
Great Leap Upward
Detect Life Grand
Feather Grand
Waterbreathing

..and...
Great Leap Upward
Detect Life Grand
Feather Grand
Waterbreathing
NightEye
-You can hotkey the necklaces to switch back and forth when entering caves, or other dark places (See the Master Bedroom section for more stat jewelry options)

* Longer Lasting Invisiblity Potions...for 500 seconds!!! Never worry about your invis failing you at the wrong time!!

* There is also a horde of weightless potions, lockpicks, torches, and money. Too much goodness to list!!!

* 2 Libraries: One filled with all "Normal" readable books (East Library) and spellmaking station, while the other one contains all the "Skill-up" books (South Library) and an enchanting station. Would advise to only read the books and not take them due to the collision boxes in front of them. If you take a book it will trigger the collision and stuff will go flying.

* 44 Chests in all...all safe for storage...4.2 million in gold!!! Tons of room to display mannequins...

Also, all items in the Safehouse have had their quest tags and scripts removed to prevent messing up any quests ( new id's of course =D )

* 09 Collision Boxes (around all the books in the North and East library, around the pedestals a wall in the SW treasure room corner, and around both small tables that have
Broadsheets on them to read) have been placed to help maintain the look of the Armory to prevent accidentally bumping into items while having a shield equipped. You can still whip out the sword or bow and arrow if you really want to knock some of those items over...but why...*cries. For example, there are several items that are not static that are on the pedestals which have collision boxes around them. You are more than welcome to pick those items up (as well as the books), but you will not be able to place anything back due to the invisible box being around it (If anyone needs a detailed list I can add it to the comment section...this ReadMe is a tad bit long to add it).

*Pathing Grids covering the area

And this is only the first area *faints....

////MASTER BEDROOM////

* Large Cozy Master Bedroom complete with a Ceiling Mounted Alter of the Nine to restore your attributes and to cure those nasty diseases before bedtime...or anything
else you have planned =o

* Contains 9 Jewelry Boxes that can increase the stats of your choice up to 90%!!! The last two boxes are located out in the Armory (just listed in one place). 11 total.
Included:

Chameleon
Agility
Endurance
Intelligence
Luck
Personality
Speed
Strength
Willpower

Stealth...this one is located out in the Armory on the small table with the Broadsheet
Marksman...this one is located out in the Armory on the other small table with the Broadsheet

* Fully stocked Side Room that includes 8 Containers of heavenly treasure...from the Cabinet of Infinite Scrolls, Old World Ingredients, and Keys of Tamriel to name a few
(The cabinets with 50 of each item will respawn after 3 days). Plus 1 additional empty Container called "Cabinet of the Copious Clepto" for all the sticky fingers out there.

* Lots of small details and goodies all over the place

* 03 Collision Boxes (around the reading table, the books beside the bed, and over the alchemy table) have been placed to help maintain the look of the Bedroom area to
prevent accidentally bumping into items while having a shield equipped. Would advise to only read the books and not take them since the collision boxes are around them.
Same for the items on the Alchemy Table, they are there for show...plus there's another area where you get all that stuff *cough...Nirnroot area

*Pathing Grids covering the area

////WEAPONRY////

* 13 Weapon Crates featuring Normal-Unaltered Versions (like you would find on a merchant, mob, or chest),and OMG!!-One-hit-kill Versions!!! (The 1hk versions have the
word "Perfect" in front of them to make them easier to identify).
Included:

Amber
Daedric
Dark Seducer
Dwarven
Ebony
Eleven
Glass
Golden Saint
Grummite
Iron
Madness
Silver
Steel

* 1 Named Items Weapon Crate (42 Unaltered Weapons), 1 Named Items Magical Staff Crate, and 1 Greater Magical Staff Crate

* 2 Storage Chest for anything else you might want to put in there...ammo, etc...

* 18 Crates total and all are safe for storage

* Lots of room left over from the remodeling to add your touches

* 01 Collision Box (around the oblivion structure with the axe sticking in it) have been placed to help maintain the look of the Weaponry area to prevent accidentally bumping into items while having a shield equipped.

* 4 Display Cases showing various Weapons. Due to the way I have the Cases situated they are locked with no key to access them. I did this because it would be impossible to drag and drop anything in there correctly.

* Pathing Grids covering the area

////RENAULT'S OFFICE////and////SECRET ROOM (you didn't see this)

* Featuring 3 Hist Trees that the BWC didn't want anyone to know about, Captain Renault's Workdesk (and the last letter she ever received), and the entrance to the Secret Room and Escape Tunnel. Also tons of room left over to add your personal touches, mannequins, etc...

* Contains Blackwood Company's infamous Hist Potions...adds 100% resists to seven stats for 100 seconds!!! Now you know why those guys were so crazy!!! There are several barrels that contain 1k stacks of them. The ones in the racks can be used also, but as soon as you grab one all of the bottles will "float up" a few inches from their collision (I would only use those as a last resort).
Resists Include:

Disease
Fire
Frost
Magic
Paralysis
Poison
Shock
(all "Hist" barrels..empty or full...are safe for storage)

* 6 Chests in the Storage Room (behind the hist trees) that are safe for storage

* 1 Chest in the Secret Room (the only chest in there) called "Member's Dues" is safe for storage

*** All "other" containers in this cell will respawn with regular items, don't store anything in them (if you open up a container and it has the standard "generic" items to loot...don't store anything in it***

* 05 Collision Boxes (around Renault's Desk, the Hist Dispenser(static), the two large Hist Potion racks, and beside the table in the storage area to prevent the player
from getting stuck) have been placed to help maintain the look of Renault's Office.

* Pathing Grids covering the area

////ESCAPE TUNNEL (aka Sewers)////

* See where Renault came and went in secret while the plot against the Emperor was being planned

* 7 Chests that are safe for storage. 3 of them are buried up to their tops in dirt and can be stubborn to try and click on (but they can be used if needed...I needed to
bury them to get the look I was going for. The other 4 are out on floor and be accessed with no problems (one of them can not be accessed at all and is not part of the overall count

* 04 Collision Boxes (around the tools, and one besides the dock) have been placed to help maintain the look of the Escape Tunnel

If you were to take the entire layout of the Blackwood Safehouse and put it up top on the actual land, the exit of this escape tunnel is in within a few feet of where you
would actually end up...just to make you aware that I didn't pick a random spot to pop out of =D

----------------------------
Mod Conflicts:
----------------------------

This isn't game breaking (more of immersion breaking) but it's here to let you know in case you use this mod: "Unique Landscape: Imperial Isle". If you use this UL, make sure
that the BlackwoodSafehouse.esp is placed above it in the load order ( I move mine all the way up above all UL's ). Again, nothing game breaking, but there is a small lake to
the South of the Imperial Prison Sewer exit (the nub tutorial) where it's split in half. The problem is solved once the load order is done. If you don't use that UL mod then don't worry about it...also you can still play the game fine and not switch anything in the load order, but it will look pretty weird if you ever run by that small lake.

"Possibly" any mod that alters the lake bed outside the Imperial Prison Sewer Exit (from the Newbie Tutorial...NE side of IC).

If you have an old version installed, just delete that .esp from your Data Folder (or you can leave it in your Data Folder if you like...just only run one .esp or you "will" run into some problems...*tested) and replace it with the new one. Or just uncheck the old version and click on the new version...just make sure you take anything out that you don't want to go *poof (it will disappear...*tested)...and again don't run more than one version of this mod, only use one....OR THE EARTH WILL IMPLODE!!!! I recommend only v3.01 since it's the only version that is up to date.

----------------------------
Known Issues/ FYI:
----------------------------
Repair Hammers: Was unable to alter the weight down to zero. When doing so, the game will not recognize it any longer to repair your items. Just an "FYI" in case you grab a massive stack of them and suddenly can't move.

Arrows: The game will not recognize extremely large amounts of arrows in your inventory. When taking large quantities, try to stay around or under 10k arrows. If you grab more
than that, you will not be able to "auto-fire" any more. You would have to stop...equip an arrow...fire, stop...equip an arrow...fire, etc...If this does happen, just reduce the amount of arrows in your inventory.

Armory: The Blackwood Armor Chest is left empty on purpose. You get the helmet at the beginning of this mod, and the rest of the armor once you get into the Armory itself.

Weaponry: There are 4 display cases that are locked with no keys. I made them this way due to the fact that if you did open them (because of the way I have them situated) it would
engage the havoc/collision on the items and cause everything to fall out on the floor. Also, there would be no way to actually put anything back inside (using the ingame Z grab) because of the case angles. The weapons that were used will all be floating just a bit above what they are resting on...this could not be avoided because of them being inside the display case (which is actually considered a "door"). To get past this I would have had to change the current weapons I used into static items thus creating more than just an .esp to install (and I wasn't going to go that route). The weapons in the display cases are a mixture of Iron, Silver, Steel, and one Grummite...just in case anyone was wondering...are are all available in their chests.

Master Bedroom: Would not recommend "taking all" of the keys in both chests. There are nearly 400 of them and when you go to open your inventory it will take around 4 seconds longer to open.

Escape Tunnel: There are several chests that are buried up to their tops in the uncovered floor tile sections. Since they are down so far, they can be stubborn to click on to
use (needed them down that far to get the look I was after). If you hover the mouse over the edges of the chests you can get them almost every time. I have also included several chests that are not buried that can be used instead, but all "can" be used for storage if needed.

Installation:
----------------------------
No new meshes or textures are used...I'm not talented enough =p , just extract 03.1 .esp file to your \Oblivion\data\ folder. Bang-zoom you're done!!

Enable the esp from the game menu ( or mod manager ). Enjoy the game.

Remember, only run one version...and make sure that before you delete (or stop using the old one) that you empty out whatever you don't want to lose and put it somewhere else.
