Milly is Spica's big sister. She came to IC to take her younger sister home. Then she found out that there was waaaay more fun in adventuring than tending the sheep back home. She hasn't found her little sister at the Feed Bag yet, so YOU will find HER wandering around the IC Market District. This mod, it goes without saying, but I'll say it anyway, is based on the great CM Partners mod by Blackie and the outstanding Ice Elf Race by Ozmo.
Requirements: Oblivion.esm, CM Partners.esm/esp and IceElfRace.esm (included) Ren's Beauty Pack(full) found here:

Installation: Unzip to a folder of your choice and drop the Data folder onto your Oblivion install folder, of open the Data folder and drop the two files onto your Oblivion\Data folder. If you already have the IceElfRace.esm, you will not, of course, have to use the file included here. Follow the directions for Ren's. Then start the game, activate the new files and enjoy.
