Here she is boys, the Conjurer of your dreams. Not only beautiful, but a tough little magician. You can find her hanging out at the Feed Bag in the Imperial City Market District.
Requirements: Oblivion.esm

Installation: Unzip to a folder of your choice, and drop the Data folder into your Oblivion install folder. Alternate installation: Unzip, open the Data folder and drop the .esp and the IceElfRace.esm onto your Oblivion\Data folder. Follow directions for Ren's.
Credits: I can't say enough good things about this IceElfRace by Ozmo. I have tried to get permission to include the base file, so I hope I am not stepping on anybody's toes. If I am breaking any rules or conventions, please tell me immediatly and I will remove this file. It goes without say that any comments, good, bad or indifferent are welcome.
