This simple mod changes the food items. It makes it much more simple to make easy Potions
like restore Health or Fatigue. This is done by removing many confusing and "unrealistic"
Ingredient effects on Food.
Every type of meat (exept Crab) has now Restore Health as effect. Only few have additional effects
like Fortify Health. Vegetables and Fruit mostly have Restore Fatigue as an effect. Only few have additional effects.
Bread, cake, and chese only fortify Health or Fatigue or Attributes. Only few have additional effects.

This mod is an Overhaul of almoast every Ingredient within Oblivion.
It changes effects, weight and prices.
The effects are now more logical and suitable IMO. Most Ingrediants are lighter and more expensive (including Food) Seeds and parts of
Flowers will actually weight nothing! This makes collecting and selling Ingredients much more lucrative.
And now you also have the oppertunity to create some summoning potions (Scamp, Clannfear and Zombie. further upgrades may include more)
