The Diary of Endsel Windgater or
The Quest for Elendrin Uromel's Harness
If you more the adventuring type than a hack and slash type, than
this mod is for you. It will probably take you only a few hours
to play this first mod of mine.
This mod can be played with or without target markers.
The music system is great and can be incorporated in your own mod.
With enough positive feedback, I could be persueded to create a sequel.

Location
========
You can go to most of the cities in Cyrodill and let the adventure find you.
If for some reason you miss the messenger, GO TO BRAVIL

Details
=======
The Endsel Windgater quest is intended to be played like a detective.
Please read the quest log and notes carefully.
I mean read them! If you don't, you can get stuck...
The quest log should give you enough information to pick up the quest,
even if you haven't been playing for weeks (old savefile?!)

You may come to a point in the game where you can't find an item or note.
In this case you can equip the Ring of Target to guide you to your goal.

This mod contains a quest to play non-standard music. The going into- and
dropping out of battle are fixed, so you will hear different music.
This quest can be adapted to play your own music, without moving or replacing
the original music files.

Quests:
- AAew00 Starts the main quest and exits
- AAew01 Main quest
- AAew02 Starts running at end of main quest.
(Needed for the Harness) Can be stopped with con.com. "stopquest AAew02"
- AAewmusic This can be stopped to play the original Oblivion tunes again.
con.com. "Set AAewmusic.mode to AAewmusic.stop" wil stop all music,
but not ambient sound.
- AAewtest left in for testing future versions (teleport to main goals etc).

Install
=======
1. Copy the .esp and .bsa file to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
2. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file.
3. You will need:
OBSE v17 or higher
OBSE plug-in SoundCommands v4.0
OBSE -Elys- Universal Silent Voice v0.93
These files are all included in the download.

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file.
2. Delete the .esp and .bsa file from \Oblivion\Data\


Incompatibility
===============
Every effort has been taken, to keep the original game in tact.
Mostly items were added and not changed.
The exception to this rule is formed by two chests that had a reference added
and a dialogue that was expanded (topic added).
In case of a clash with another mod, please let me know (In detail,if you can).

Known Issues or Bugs
====================
It can take some time for the messenger to reach you and get the quest going.
As stated before: in that case go to Bravil.
