Adds a very simple poorly lit loft to the Chapel of Talos in Bruma

Hunterbait was a Daedric Prince who mysteriously vanished 1000s of years ago. Some say he turned invisible to watch women change, others say he turned invisible to watch men change. No one knows but he liked to do stupid things to annoy people. He was rumored to have a friendship with Sheogorath, Prince of Madness.
If you somehow get on the mid roof side sections of the Chapel you will find a door inside a window. if you look towards the top of the door, you can enter Hunterbaits Loft. A couple of cupboards, one of which contains some food.
A bed.
Simple but useful if you can fly.

I fixed the doors, plz redownload!
