This mod adds some simple pieces of heavy armor as well as identical cloth versions (for those who don't use heavy armor but likes the look) made to suit any spellcasters. It was made by combining Daedric and Legion armor meshes with standard robe meshes and then retextured. Very simple.
Also includes some matching retextured weapons and a shield.
The "Herald" and "Magus" pieces shouldn't be used untill around level 10, and the "of Azkathar" pieces shouldn't be used untill around level 25. Though this is, of course, your choice.
I originally intended to make more such armored robes, but most of the armor meshes just don't fit with robe meshes like these do. Maybe I will add new ones later when/if I get into 3d modelling.
This mod will be expanded upon soon, by adding a quest where you will face off against an evil wizard and his minions to gain these pieces of armor, though the pieces themselves might not be the direct motivation for this
upcomming mod. You can guess by the armor and weapon names who the certain pieces will be found on.
This file will be kept as a separate download for anyone that only wishes the armor pieces.
