This mod, to put it simply will turn the default Make-A-Character face of the Player to Ocato. It also adds Ocato's items to your inventory. Install as usual conflicts with mods that edit the starting player. You will need to choose the hair however.
Comes with all of his stuff, and his personal Magical Staff.
