This makes your character use the one handed cast on touch animation while not holding a weapon. Normally your character would use both hands, but I always hated this animation, so I changed and uploaded it in case anyone else wanted to change their animation as well.
For those who don't know what I'm babbling about, I've just added screenshots for comparison.
Uninstalling: simply go to your oblivion directory, Data/Meshes/Characters/_male and remove casttouch.kf
This mesh was not made by me, it was made by Bethesda, I simply extracted and renamed it.
