Addition to the Wonderful Chapels of Cyrodiil

Permissions and credits
Takes the Rarely used Statues of the Nine Divines and adds them to each city chapel and outside the city chapel.

Behind each of the altars of the Nine Divines sets a statue of each divine. Behind the Altar of the Nine is a larger scale statue of the city's divine.
