Intro:
------
One thing that has always been buggy me is that I haven't made a house mod. At least I hadn't made one for the public, quite often though I open up the vanilla houses and edit them or sometimes start from scratch. So I decided I will make one to be released to the modding community. I also thought I'd go with a Shiver Isles home because there seems to be a lack of them.

Description:
------------

This mod adds a new house to the game, Xendlewebe. It is the ruin of what was once a palace for the duke of mania. It's a great house for those characters that are somewhat evil but don't like to live in a rat hole just because of it. So it makes a pretty cool lair. But to get it you first have to do a short and (mostly) easy quest to get it.

The house has 4 rooms: The main hall, Lord's Chambers, a Vault, and a training room. I've left it mostly uncluttered because I figured most player's prefer to decorate their house themselves. (Keep that in mind when looking at the screenshots, I've cluttered them with my character's goodies)

To start the quest go to the museum of oddities, there is a note on the pedestal in front of you and you come in.

Short Features
List:
--------------

-A small quest to get the house
-Your own personal jester
-A vault with a dynamic gold pile
-A handful of Aureal to guard your palace
-A golden crown with a nice enchantment
-An interesting snipet from a wikipedia article about masonry (You'll see)
-Named containers for easy sorting
-A trash container
-A convenient teleport home spell

In-Depth Features

Rooms
-----

The Main Hall:

The main hall is the entrance to the house, it connects to all the other rooms. I've included some areas to display all your lovely treasure and such. There's also a jester which will juggle for you, tell you jokes and supply you with basic needs like food and potions.

If you don't like the central pillar you can open the console (~ key) and select and disable it along with everything attached to it (Two banners, a pile of embers and a flame). I personally use this blank platform to display a battle scene between some mannequins.

The Lord's Chambers:

This is the living area of the house. There all the basic stuff like a bed, dinning area and a small library. Theres also several containers in there for you to store your stuff.

The Vault:

The vault is the storage area for the palace. It has named containers for every category (Armour, Weapons, Misc, etc.) allow with a few regular crates for your junk items. I've also included a handy trash barrel for the stuff you don't want, really the only difference about this barrel is that it respawns. So anything you put inside will be gone in in a few days. Other lesser features include some weapon racks and tables.

There's also a dynamic gold pile. A feature I've always wished was possible until I released it was whenever I saw Castle Seaview. The pile growth ranges from nothing (Under 50 gold) to a large pile of treasure (20K gold and up).

The Training Room:

This room has some basic train equipment, punching bags and target dummies. There's some more weapon racks and containers in the too in case you run out of room in the vault. You'll also find a (rather basic) sparring partner in there to practice with. I've set them to respawn (they are essential too) to avoid odd funny if they lose a weapon for instance.

Other Features:
---------------

Guards:

I've included five aureal who guard your palace. They are removed from the guard factions and have a responsibility of zero so they shouldn't give you criminals any trouble. Some of them will go to train in the training room during the day.

Teleport Spell:

My favourite because I got it working perfecting on the first attempt. This spell is added whenever you pick up the crown. It will teleport your back to your chambers from anywhere (even Tamriel) and then teleport you back to the spot your came from the next time you cast it. But if you get too close to the exit the magic fades and your marked spot with be reset. I did this mainly to keep any oddities from happening.

Note though that companions will not travel with you.

Crown:

The crown is taken from the Crown Jewels resource. It has been retexed by me to give it a more metal look and the mesh has been edited by Pacific Morrowind. The crown uses the tail slot so that you can keep your hair while wearing it (Although it might fit alright over some helmets too). It has a fairly power enchantment on it. Personality + 10, Luck +10, Health +20, Willpower -5, and 20% Chameleon.

Armours:

I threw in some playable golden saints armours and golden saint elite helmets. You can find light armour version in the vault and heavy armour versions in the training room.

Requirements/Recommendations:
-----------------------------
-Shivering Isles IS required along with the latest patch

-Elys Silent Voice is required

-I recommend Reneer's Training Mod to give more use to the training room.

-I Recommend Reznod's Mannequins for showing off your armours

Installation and usage:
-----------------------

Simply extract all the folders to your oblivion/data folder and activate the .esp with the mod manager of choice.

Issues/Conflicts:
-----------------

-You may occasionally suffer a crash while teleporting. Though I never had this happen during my testing it is still possible.

-I had to add collision boxes around the gold piles as they have no collision mesh. Just thought I'd let you know so I don't get a whole lot of questions about it.

-This may conflict with anything that affects the conditions on the SI Juggler idle.

If there are any issues with this mod PLEASE contact me right away and I will look into it.
