A small mod using the \"Wood Elf\" and the \"Nord\" and some custom spells

This is my first mod i release. It's actually a mod i've made for myself
cuz i like playing wiht woodelf, but i don' tlike there ears. So i decided to use the
Nord (impearial) Meches instead of the woodelf ones. I've also added ressist frost& disease.

I'm playing with it now and i've found no bugs.
U best use Unofficial_Oblivion_Patch_v3_2_0_OMOD_Version-5296 to fix the
starting dialogue and some quests for custom races.

Be sure to download Final version!
To go from V1/V2 to V3: Type in console "Showracemenu".
Then Click race and click arrow back. (distription WITH paralyze is V3).
Click return and click done. DO NOT CLICK OK!!! Then save while u see "Are u sure u want
to be Nordic Elf". Ur stats should be OK, else try again!!!
(Save WHILE console is still open !!!)
