Adds a portal in the Imperial Market district, located in the small area by "The Best Defence". This portal
will take you to Anacas City. The city is currently unfinished, and a lot is currently missing. There is a
small shop which does use AI, so be careful.
The mod was made with the latest patch, so you'll most likely need that. Cobl is required for you to gain the full use, although not need if you don't have it already.
Remember that this is a beta, so ANY feedback is welcome, just make it constructive please.
