Adds an average sized house to a portal in anvil mages guild.

Description:
Adds a Spire to a new worldspace and some new weapons which can be acessed by a portal in the anvil mages guild.
4 weapons can be found in a chest in the bedroom, and 2 dual daggers with defensive daggers have been added to the assasins cave shop.
House includes:
Study
Bedroom
Armoury
Alchemy lab
Grand Hall
Assasins Cave
Chapel
A fairly large garden
Installation:
1. Extract the files into your ovlivion data file.
2. Activate "The Spire" esp
3. Run oblivion and enjoy.
Deinstallation:
1. Deactivate 'The Spire' es
2. Delete the folders:
Oblivion\data\meshes\weapons\spire
Oblivion\data\meshes\armour\spire
Bugs/Glitches:
The arrows of talos just spiral to the ground when you shoot them.
Fixes:
One of the doors in the chapel led to the wrong place.
You couldn't trade with the assasin master.
