Makes all city guards armor powerful (Not the npcs themselves) makeing levels 1-any level fear them guards

This mod Makes The Armor the guards wear more powerful around 70-40 defense which is unbalancing but i will make a optional none-takeable guard armor to balance but it will remain in Cheats & God items
PLEASE NOTE i had shivering isles installed so i recommend getting it for safety meshers
Strongest Armor
i'd say the Kvatch armor is the strongest outside the imperial city oh referance to a line a Kvatch citizen said
Weakest Armor
its between leawin & Bravil
Strongest Armor Of Them All
Imperial Watch/Palace Armor and yes it is playable but its enchantments are
reflect damage grand
reflect spell grand
resist disease grand
fortify heavy armor grand
fortify blade grand
advantages & Disadvantages
Disadvantage: on the final thieves guild quest if you are spotted just kill yourself because YOU ARE DEAD
Advantage: Some of the Towns Guard Cuirass & Shields Are Light if you can kill em (Not bloody Likely unless you use cheats) you can have good armor
Disadvantage: Dark Brother hood quest that require you to stage an assassination if Hides-His-Heart follows you outside...... say goodbye to that bonus
All armors are enchanted for EXTRA VOLOSITY
Installation
Unzip (Double Click The File That Downloads)
Put the ESP file in C/Program Files/Bethesda Softworks/Oblivion/Data
Future Ideas
Two 1 that makes it imposeable to take guard armor thus lowering unbalanced-ness
2 make guards ESSENTIAL but that will be optional
how i came across the idea
after playing the mod 28 days and a bit i noticed the guards lacking in how should i put this..... power so i utilized the mod Banes diverse guards by bane and made em stronger well there armor and weapons stronger so they can fight and not die,
Now you will fear the legion so advise DON'T FIGHT THEM AT LEVEL 1-20 FIGHT EM AT THE MAXED LEVEL HAHAHA lol but yea there strong BUT this dose not alter the guard themselves but alters there regular equipment PLEASE NOTE the silver sword was altered so now the damage is 40, speed 2.0000
Incompatibility
This mod will be incompatible with every guard mod out there if it changes the armor but i think the guard NPC's are alright but i recommend putting this near the bottom of the load order like this
