Adds snow bears (polar bears) from Bloodmoon in morrowind.
Credit to tegeal for the texture recource. They are added to leveled lists that have "snow" after them (mountains snow, road mountain snow).
They have the stats and powers from morrowind, and drop snow bear pelt as an ingrediant, with same alchemical powers from morrowind. They start showing up at level 14.
