What does it do:
This is a spell that is added to your spell list. When you cast this spell on a container like a chest, cabinet etc. you then own the container and all the items in it. You can CLEAN your items if you first put all your stolen items in a container and then cast the spell!!! =) YOU MUST BE UNDETECTED FOR THIS TO WORK!

What it won't do:

1) It will not work on horses. If you cast on a horse, it will attack you.
2) Will not work on npcs, so no easy pick pocketing. The npc will attack you.
3) It will not work on anything locked.


Installation:
After the plugin is turned on in the Data menu when you start Oblivion, you'll find a book on top of a crate in front of the Black Horse Courier office in the Imperial City Market District. This book functions like the Spell Tomes in the official plugin (read it to learn the spell), but that plugin is not required for it to work.

Note: I disabled ratings because I didn't create the original mod, I just fixed it so it's easier to acquire the spell.
