Overwrites conflicts with Talkie Toaster\'s Companion Share and Recruit that result in constant \"drum\" sound.

I recently installed the Unofficial Oblivion Patch .esp and found that it conflicted with Talkie Toaster's Companion Share and Recruit .esm. The conflict produced a constant "drum" sound in game, caused by previously silenced scripts running repeatedly. This .esp reinforces the changes made by CSR and re-silences the script. If there's a better solution (and I'm sure there is) I'd like to hear it. I'm uploading this file because I couldn't find a quick fix for this problem and I assume others can't either.
--Installation
Copy esp file to Oblivion/Data folder. Make sure the plugin loads after the esp that overwrites "Talkie Toaster Says Share v3.esm" (in my case it was "Unofficial Oblivion Patch.esp").
Note:I have not tested this with any other mods that produce the constant script sounds, but it should work with other overwrites.
--Removal
Untick "CSR over Unofficial Sound Fix.esp" and remove from data folder.
