Adds in \"Butt Crack Tower\" with lots of Morrowind items and barrel of cheating.

This is essentially a cheat that I made for Oblivion.
I added in a new tower called "Butt Crack Tower." I did it, obviously, to make fun of "Frostcrag" as a joke. I added in many powerful items such as "The Ring of Infinite." There is also a barrel of cheating made to help your newbie character.
I don't have screen shots so if someone could send me some high quality high resolution ones that would be awesome. Play this and tell me what you think.
This has many items from Morrowind. Original super items. An Altar of Spellmaking and Enchanting. Cures for Vampireism. Sujamma. The Necromancers Amulet flagged as not being a quest object. The Mantle of Woe. A barrel with daedric armor so strong you need to wear only one piece of it and you have 85 protection. Almost all the forms of regular armor. More black soul gems than you will ever need. The skeleton key. Running Shoes...
This mod requires no time or money to activate. :*( Sorry.

I am undecided if I should flag this as "mature content" but seeing as how I left out the actual... "tower" I think it's mild enough.
