Well, those minor skills can be really pesky to skill up! And my character is quite wealthy, but I found out that I couldn't skill up more than 5 times each level! What a nightmare!
So I made this mod to allow me (and now you) to do that!
All it does is increase the number of trainings you can buy from trainers around Cyrodiil from 5 to 10/15/20 each level!
I originally intended this to be 20, but added 10/15 for those a bit more purists
BEWARE, i recommend using 10, cause 15/20 might make the game mucho easier!

Unzip and add one of the three .esp into your "oblivion/data" directory!
