Description
===========
Adds wrist irons that allow you to fight in the arena with 100% spell efficiency.
My other mod Wizard Flame Alpha greatly compliments this. Mages check it out!
Location
========
In a chest to the right of Owyn the blade master in the IC arena.
Install
=======
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy files to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
4. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).
Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the esp associated with the mod.
Incompatibility
===============
If you use the luggage on COBL then the havoc will conflict. Not game breaking.
