For exceptional skin textures once you have Exnem/HGEC get this:
Skin texture
This body texture makes pretty seamless textures on my custom races like this one. Absolutely necessary IMHO.

Vivica CM Partner
Jeannie Bell AKA Fernita Green AKA Copperhead; any way you put it, this girl is trouble with a capital "T". And yes, she should have been Black Mamba.
This companion has high stats and an assortment of magick abilities. Vivica CM was developed from the new Vivica Main character, which is not available for download at the time of this writing, however I plan to make Vivica available soon as a main character also. Some main character screenies are included in this package.
Vivica can be found at the Imperial City Marketplace inside the Feed Bag.
NOTE: For best appearance USE HDR setting in Options menu.
Instructions:
Place the Data folder inside the Oblivion folder, which is found here:
C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion
Click "yes" or "OK" if prompted to all questions so contents will be placed inside your origional data folder.
Next you will need to install Corean Hair. Go to this link but choose Corean Hair only, not the body or other mods:

DON'T rush into the game; First click on your Oblivion icon to start the game. You will first be met with the menu listing "Play", "Data Files", Options, etc.
Click on Data Files and activate all installed mods by checking the ones listed for this mod:
Activate Corean Hair mod.
Activate VivicaCM mod.
Missing this activation step will cause the mod not to work.
AGAIN NOTE: For best appearance USE HDR setting in Options menu.
