This mod adds a sword and Rings of various colorations.
You may find the sword in "A Fighting Chance" and the rings in "Red Diamond Jewelry" both located in the Imperial City Market District.

Open WinRAR
Then just drag and drop the contents into your Oblivion Data Folder.
