Adds an amulet that passively recovers your health and magicka ( 1 hp / sec [at high levels, will barely be a cheat]). The amulet is in front of the statue in the Imperial City Market District on the Left. I didn't like having to either be a mage or buy massive potions to be able to keep my health up, and all of the other rpg's have a passive health recovery... This is my first mod.
