About this mod
A new land which contains two player houses, a unique style of landscape and hopefully will be used to connect different mods to tamriel. The first player house is a ship house. The cabin is the main attraction here, also the locked door in the cabin area cannot be unlocked. It will be used to enter a cave which will connect to another land.
- Permissions and credits
ENTRANCE is around Chorrol. Look for the cave map marker around there.

Beta v2 is out along with the treasure addon!
Be sure to load the treasure addon esp after the main file
Whats new in the new update?
The are is more fleshed out, deer now roam on the ground and in the mountains for hunters. There are six new treasure spots, each with their own unique treasure and storyline. There are four completely new items to oblivion added to the game with this treasure mod.
So what're ya waiting for? Get to downloading and treasure hunting!

The second house is hidden so-to-say. A clue is it is close to the well, but not right next to it. Its a cave house which is perfect for an alchemist.
This is only the beta. I hope to work out all of the kinks here then start making add-ons such as treasure hunts and more stuff to buy for the player houses.
