This mod was done per request of ~Shadowrend via the official forums, thread:

It adds a cuirass called the Legion Scout Armor. Basically, the armor consists of the 'skirt' of the iron cuirass (retextured to match) and the straps from the leather cuirass added to the legion cuirass.
Both male and female versions included as well as inventory icons.
Location
========
Since it was just a simple request and it is mainly for ~Shadowrend, I just plopped it down in the middle of the market district.
Install
=======
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy files to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
4. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).
Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.
Incompatibility
===============
Any mods that mess with the Market District may possibly mess up the drop location.
