It's required file ShieldOnBack.esm "Addon for Shield on Back v31" v2.3 or high.

Description:
1H Weapon automatically to displacement between hand and back for PC and all NPC.
Plugin changes standard long and short swords, axes (~ 350).

Installation:

1. Extract this archive in directory ...\Oblivion\Data (file Oblivion.esm is found in this directory).

2. (only for "Addon for Shield on Back v31" version 3.xx) Delete files 1HweaponOnBack.esp in directory ...\Oblivion\Data.

3. Start Oblivion (OblivionLauncher.exe).
In menu "Files" choose files ShieldOnBack.esm (and 1HweaponOnBack.esp).
Press <ok>.<br><br> 4.
