this is a texure edit of the default mithril skin. the changes include:

-edited some elements of the textures to be more defined

-made a new chainmail texture

-changed the normal map to acomidate my improvements

installation
---------------------------------------------------------------------

-replace the data folder in your oblivion directory

-in your C:/program files/bethesda softworks/oblivion directory make
(if you don't already have one) a .txt file called ArchiveInvalidation.txt
and in it put this text:
textures/armor/mithril/m/gauntlet.dds
textures/armor/mithril/m/cuirass.dds
textures/armor/mithril/m/boots.dds
textures/armor/mithril/m/greaves.dds
textures/armor/mithril/m/helmet.dds
textures/armor/mithril/f/cuirass.dds
