Permissions and credits
Needs are hunger thirst and sleep. Each is calculated separately however each plays into the other.
All needs are tallied every hour, and effects are carried out then.

For New Users: Unzip the whole directory to your /oblivion/data/ directory

For old users: After installing please load your game WITHOUT the plugin, Save in game (to erase it), THen reload that game with the new plugin installed. This ensures that your player variables are completly and accuratly set up. this step is VERY important

Hunger: -Finished
Most men need 2500 kilo-calories each day, women need 2000.
Eating more food than you need each day will give you fat.

Thirst: -Finished
The average human male needs 3.7 L a day of water. Women need 2.7
Empty waterskins are available at every major inn and bar. They can be filled
at a well in every major city.

Sleep: -Finished
Sleep Is the same anywhere at the moment. Each person needs around 8 hours a day.

Effects:

Hunger: -Finished
Hunger drains str End and spd, as well as making you weaker to disease

Thirst: -Finished
Thirst drains endurance and makes you weak to disease fire and poisons.

Sleep: -Finished
Sleep drains nearly all stats just a bit. When you get really tired you start
to see things. IE you hallucinate monsters.

Planned:
- Beds -Nearly done
Different beds will have different values for how much rest they give. Bedrolls in the wilderness do NOT give a deacent nights rest compared to an inn.
- Decent icons and meshes for rations and waterskins -Not started
Any meshers that have some freetime, give us a jingle!
