WHAT IS IT?
There's a few spells missing from the game. Namely the "Damage Attribute" and "Drain Attribute" lines. They exist *ONLY* on leveled lists, so you could possibly never see them. Don't think that's quite fair, so I've added them to Borissean in the Arcane U, and Calindil in the Imperial City Market District, Mystic Emporium

HOW IT WORKS
Well... It takes the spells that are missing from other vendors, and adds them to the list of spells that Borissean and Calindil will sell. =p

INSTALLATION
Extract the file in this zip to your Oblivion Data folder. Then select the plugin from the launcher.
